1. Network & Distribution Head
The Network & Distribution Head will be responsible for supporting the company's network expansion strategy through site development, investment evaluation, commercial partnerships, and project implementation.
The successful candidate will help identify suitable locations for expansion, assess the financial viability of new sites, negotiate commercial agreements, and coordinate network development initiatives across different business units.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
A degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Economics. An MBA is an added advantage.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in network development or retail development.
Experience in franchise or dealer network development.
A proven track record of delivering site roll-outs and preparing investment-return business cases.
Strong knowledge of network economics, project implementation, and commercial planning.
Experience in partnership negotiations and deal structuring.
Ability to work with Legal teams on commercial agreements.
Understanding of after-sales services and service-centre economics is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
The Network & Distribution Head will:

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or Business.
At least six years of relevant experience in investment analysis, network development analytics, retail development analytics, corporate development, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Strong financial modelling skills.
Knowledge of Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), payback analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
Experience preparing investment proposals and business cases for sites or commercial ventures.
Ability to analyse shared-site costs, investment risks, and projected financial returns.
Strong analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), catchment analysis, SQL, or business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
Ability to use approved AI tools for research and financial modelling while verifying outputs against reliable evidence.

The Commercial Analyst will:
Develop financial models to assess potential investment opportunities.
