1. ANALYST, OPERATION TECHNOLOGY
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Underground Mining
Employment Status: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
Degree, Diploma or FTC in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in network infrastructure installation in Operational Technology.
Minimum 3 years' experience in fibre optic technology installation, maintenance and administration.
Working at Height Certificate.
Industrial Automation and Rigging Certification.
Knowledge of microwave and optical fibre transmission, SDH and PDH, network security, Cisco VoIP and managed Wi-Fi.
Valid Tanzanian Driving Licence.
Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
2. CLERK 2, ENVIRONMENT
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Environment
Employment Status: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Records Management, Procurement/Supply Chain, Secretarial Studies, Information Management or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years' relevant experience.
Experience in mining, construction or industrial environments is an advantage.
SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong planning, organisation, communication and record-management skills.
3. SENIOR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, MINE GEOLOGY
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Geology
Employment Status: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
BSc (Hons) in Geology.
Registration with a recognised professional body.
Tanzanian citizenship.
At least 10 years' relevant mining industry experience.
At least 5 years' experience in mineral resource evaluation for gold deposits.
Project management and team supervision experience.
Advanced geological data analysis, interpretation and 3D modelling skills.
Experience with Datamine, Leapfrog and Geovariance Isatis.
Knowledge of Mine-to-Mill reconciliation, Power BI, SQL Server and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of the Tanzanian Mining Act and relevant ISO standards.
4. SUPERINTENDENT 2, PRODUCTION OPERATIONS
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Process Plant
Employment Status: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
BSc in Engineering in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
Minimum 10 years' experience in gold plant operations.
Experience in crushing, milling, thickening, leaching, elution plants, TSF and compressors.
Experience in operational budgets, cost control and financial forecasting.
Strong knowledge of metallurgical processes, process control and metal accounting.
Strong safety, operational management, analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to coach, train and manage production crews.
5. SERVICE CREW
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Underground Mining
Employment Status: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School Education.
Valid Tanzanian Driving Licence.
2–3 years' operational experience in an underground mining environment.
Experience operating underground utility vehicles.
Experience in underground civil-project construction.
Knowledge of construction, civil works, timber formwork and steel fixing.
Understanding of Job Safety Analysis tools.
Good communication, planning and teamwork skills.
6. OFFICER 2, CCTV
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Security and Human Rights
Employment Status: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
Advanced Level of Education.
Certificate in Surveillance Skills and Body Language Course.
Minimum 2 years' experience in CCTV control-room operations.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the security industry.
No criminal record.
CCTV Operator 1 and 2 training.
Good English communication skills.
Sound decision-making, communication and teamwork skills.
7. TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, HV ELECTRICIAN UG
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Asset Management & Engineering
Employment Status: Fixed-Term
Minimum Requirements:
Trade Test Level Three/Grade One in Electrical and Installation or FTC in Electrical and above.
High Voltage Training Certificate.
Valid Driving Licence.
At least 5 years' experience working on underground equipment.
Experience in high-voltage switching and electrical equipment.
Experience with 11kV transformers, switchgear and RMUs.
Experience with MV cable splicing and terminations.
Knowledge of underground HV infrastructure.
8. TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, HME MAINTENANCE UG
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Asset Management & Engineering
Employment Status: Fixed-Term
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Trade Test.
Minimum 10 years' experience in heavy underground mining equipment maintenance and repair.
Extensive experience with Sandvik and Caterpillar underground equipment.
Strong knowledge of underground mining fleet maintenance.
Experience in major maintenance and major-component replacement.
Strong record-keeping, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach and develop employees.
9. TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, UG AUTO ELECTRICAL
Location: Geita, Tanzania
Department: Engineering
Employment Status: Full-Time
JOB PURPOSE
To provide specialist maintenance and repair support for underground heavy mining equipment with RCT systems, ensuring OEM standards, safe operation and effective skills transfer.
