FEMA Mining & Drilling Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Administration and Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources Manager in providing HR services and implementing company HR policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting HR planning and workforce requirements.
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Preparing and updating job descriptions and organisational structures.
  • Supporting employee induction and HR administration.
  • Advising employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Promoting a safe working environment.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Manpower Planning, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration and HR systems.
  • Experience in the mining industry or a related industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and employment practices.
