The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), through HealthX Partners, is inviting qualified and experienced Tanzanians to apply for various job opportunities in Tanzania.
The available positions cover areas such as Laboratory Services, TB Services, HIV Care and Treatment, Informatics, Grants, Finance and Administration.
Current Job Opportunities
1. Technical Officer – Laboratory Services
Location: Kagera and Tabora
Number of Positions: 2
Grade: Grade 5
The position supports Laboratory Quality Management Systems and other health service improvement activities.
2. Technical Officer – TB Services
Locations: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora and Kagera
The successful candidate will support the implementation of TB and TB/HIV services and provide technical assistance, mentorship and supervision to health facilities.
3. Technical Advisor – PMTCT/Pediatric and Youth Services
Locations: Dodoma, Kagera and Tabora
The position provides technical support in pediatric and youth services, including HIV and TB prevention, care, treatment and support.
4. Informatics Officer
Locations: Kagera and Tabora
Grade: Grade 5
The Informatics Officer will provide technical support in data analytics, informatics and data visualization, including the use of platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
5. Technical Officer – HTS/ART
Locations: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora and Kagera
Grade: Grade 5
The position focuses on strengthening HIV Testing Services and HIV care and treatment interventions.
Applicants should have a relevant Bachelor's degree in areas such as Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Medicine or Public Health, together with relevant experience.
6. Continuum of Treatment Officer – HIV and TB
Locations: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora and Kagera
The officer will support activities aimed at linking clients diagnosed with HIV or TB to treatment and care services and improving retention in care.
Relevant Bachelor's degrees may include Sociology, Social Sciences, Community Development, Clinical Medicine, Medicine or Health Systems Management.
7. Grants Officer
Locations: Arusha, Manyara, Singida, Kagera and Tabora
Grade: Grade 5
The Grants Officer will support grants, contracts and sub-contract management while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and relevant experience in grants or contracts management.
8. Senior Finance and Administration Manager
Locations: Kagera and Tabora
Number of Positions: 2
The position supports Finance, Human Resources, Administration, IT, Procurement and Logistics functions at field-office level.
