Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Promoting FINCA products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Conducting sales activities and identifying new customers.
- Opening savings and loan accounts for customers.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Supporting the growth of the customer base and loan disbursements.
- Marketing FINCA products through approved promotional activities.
- Preparing quality loan applications for the credit department.
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable financial solutions.
- Promoting FINCA agencies and alternative banking channels.
- Preparing sales and performance reports for the Branch Manager.
- Ensuring customer documents are properly managed and maintained.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business-related studies, Social Studies, Community Development, Finance, Economics or another relevant field.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role is highly desirable.
- Experience in education or agriculture may also be an advantage.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Good writing and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Experience in Micro Lending is an added advantage.
